Healthy skin and hair... that seems to be a common concern for some. You heard of biotin and keratin products and supplements. You’ve probably seen a bunch of pretty women on Instagram promoting gummies that will give you hair like theirs.
UPDATE - No it will not. What will give you hair like theirs is having the same texture and going to the same hair stylist.
Did you realize that there are actual foods we can actually eat and not try to just take in pill form?

Vitamin E - an antioxidant that helps with blood circulation and follicle repair not to mention locking in moisture. It’s found in sunflower seeds, almonds, avocado, spinach, broccoli and so much more.
Vitamin C - yes this promotes collagen, collagen is a protein that we all produce that helps with both skin and hair providing structure. Mostly found in oranges, kiwi, strawberries, broccoli, and red peppers.
B vitamins - yes this includes but is not limited to only biotin. Biotin is definitely the most marketable form and many supplements use this as marketing... BUT the actual evidence of it doing anything is weak. B vitamins as a whole promote cell growth and create red blood cells. This in turn carries oxygen to the scalp and hair follicles. In an abundance of foods including almonds, whole grains, pistachios, leafy greens, as well as meat sources.
Remember most ingredients found in supplements and pills are available in food form.
