Progress not perfection
Each positive choice you make no matter how small, is a little investment in your health and happiness. Whether its choosing to spend more time outside and less time in front of your screen. Maybe its investing in a portable water bottle to carry with you, in order to stay hydrated. Or it could be saying yes to the brunch with friends and not worrying about the foods you've been restricting. Any progress is still progress. And there's no such thing as perfect anything.

Body respect
Respecting your body means accepting your genetic make up. It will be so much more difficult to reject diet culture if you are overly critical of your body and size. We accept our predetermined height and our shoe size, we need to accept our pre determined body size. All bodies deserve respect and worthiness.

Diet Mentality
Try to move forward with the non-diet mentality of eating. It's okay to enjoy your food guilt free. You deserve to enjoy your food and the joy you feel from eating.
